Our proprietary software and manufacturing floor control system, Data Traveler System™ (DTS), defines the way we do business and drives our operational structure and quality management. We track every transceiver through each stage of production and testing.

With a goal of less than 3.4 defects per million opportunities, regular internal audits and communication, DTS software, and processes are designed as dual gate; locked down tight but offering scalability for the future needs of the business. Every order is tracked from pick to pack to ship, with documentation and accounts for all involved parties and processes.

1. OEM Spec Testing

Our in-house coding facility programs all of our parts to standard OEM specs, as well as creating unique, one-of-a-kind coding for customised networking solutions.

2. Environment Testing

Skylane Optics goes above and beyond the standard to re-create the network environment that these parts will be used in. With all the major manufacturer's switches, we can re-create an environment and test each part to guarantee its performance.

3. Quality Control

Our Data Traveler System tracks each serial number and certifies that each part has gone through the proper steps to get ready for shipping.
